A total number of 52,668 residents of Cyprus returned from a trip abroad in November 2021, compared to 14,905 in the corresponding month in 2020, recording an increase of 253,4 percent and a decrease of 50,6 percent compared to November 2019.

The arrivals of Cyprus tourists reached 148,973 in November of this year compared to 8,952 in November 2020, and to 169,392 tourist arrivals in November 2019.

The Cyprus arrivals of travellers in October of this year reached 474,140, compared to 123,023 in October 2020, recording an increase of 285,4 percent.

The Cyprus arrivals of tourists reached 391,638 in October of this year, recording an increase of 288,6 percent compared to October 2020 (during which 100,791 arrivals were recorded), and a decrease of 10,3 percent compared to October 2019 (with 436,509 arrivals).

On the basis of the results of the Cyprus Passenger Survey carried out by the Statistical Service, revenue from tourism in Cyprus reached EUR272,5 million in August of this year, compared to EUR71,1 million in August 2020, recording an increase of 283,3 percent.
