Beneficiaries of certification are companies that have infrastructure and offer services that fall within the scope of theme parks. To secure the certificate, the beneficiaries must meet all the mandatory criteria and 30 percent of the optional criteria included in the standard, and submit formally, completed and duly documented, the Theme Parks of Cyprus Certification Application Form.

 With the introduction of the standard and, consequently, the definition of minimum conditions and requirements for the theme parks, the State Department seeks to push the quality development of this product, with the ultimate goal of strengthening the local community, contributing to the guidance of businesses and to offer various entertainment and education options.
