and secondary school students of the Greek island of Milos and Ios. Organised by the Museum Herakleidon, the initiative engaged 762 children between May – November 2015, seeking to relate to science, art and mathematics through interactive activities involving exhibits and selected works of art, over two-hour sessions.
Froso Zaroulea, director of public relations, Celestyal Cruises, said that the company transferred the programme from the Athens-based museum in line with its endeavours to support local communities where it operates at.
She revealed that this year, Celestyal Cruises will help expand the initiative's reach to more Greek islands.
