For the period of January – February of this year, revenue from tourism is estimated at EUR6,6 million compared to EUR89,7 million in the corresponding period of 2020, recording a decrease of 92,6 percent as well as a decrease of 92,8 percent compared to January-February 2019 (EUR92 million).

On the basis of the results of the Cyprus Passenger Survey carried out by the Statistical Service, revenue from tourism in February of this year reached EUR3,8 million compared to EUR49,5 million in the corresponding month of 2020, recording a decrease of 92,3 percent, as well as a decrease of 92,7 percent compared to February 2019 (EUR52,4 million).
