MTN Continues 21 Days of Y’ello Care Volunteer Programme

Telecommunications company MTN is opening five new Y’ello Digital Rooms as part of its 21 Days of Y'ello Care corporate social responsibility voluntary programme.

In 2017, MTN created Y’ello Digital Rooms at the youth centres of seven villages providing young residents access to modern facilities and technology.

This year, for 21 days, MTN personnel will be working voluntarily for the creation of new Y’ello Digital Rooms in Mammari, Orounta, Eptagogia, Psevdas and Kalo Chorio.

MTN will also equip all Yellow Digital Rooms with computers and laptops and give seminars on internet safety and cyberbullying while also informing participants about career opportunities in telecommunications.

The seminars will also include presentations on how information and communication technology and digital technology impact future employment.
