Cyprus Revenue from Tourism for October 2025 Announced

Based on the results of the Passengers Survey carried out by the Statistical Service, Cyprus revenue from tourism reached EUR458,6 million in October 2025, recording an increase of 12,4 percent as compared to the corresponding month of 2024 (EUR407,9 million).

For the period of January – October 2025, revenue from tourism is estimated at EUR3.431,4 million compared to EUR2.983,8 million in the corresponding period of 2024, recording an increase of 15 percent.

The average expenditure per person was EUR852,80 in October 2025 compared to EUR888,47 in October 2024, recording a decrease of 4 percent.

Tourists from the UK (the largest tourist market with 31,4 percent of the total tourists in October 2025) spent on average EUR108,42 per day, while tourists from Israel (the second largest market during the specific month with 11,1 percent of the total tourists) spent on average EUR132,12. Tourists from Germany (the third largest market with 7,8 percent), spent on average EUR111,79 per day.
