The sustainable initiatives being developed at the Larnaca Marine Protected Area (MPA) recently continued with an event for the dual actions of submerging amphorae at the Elpida wreck and a presentation of culinary dishes incorporating lionfish.
An innovative event was held by the Larnaca Tourism Board on July 29, which was co-hosted by the Department of Fisheries and Marine Research, the Cyprus Chefs Association and the MER Lab.
A seminar was held on July 12 at the Larnaca Marina Pier on the safe removal of Lionfish. The seminar is addressed to stakeholders.
