The end of 2018 and the welcoming of the current year was the perfect opportunity for the Leptos Group’s employees to get together to reflect on the past 12 months and look forward to an exciting New Year 2019.

Leptos Estates was present in the first two week of this year at various international real estate and investment seminars and exhibitions in Asia, the Middle East and Europe.

According to Leptos Group, the area of Paphos, one of the most beautiful regions in the Mediterranean, has once again come out on top for attracting the majority of European and Non-European buyers and entrepreneurs.

The months of September and October were a great success for Leptos Estates resulting from their attendance at international seminars and exhibitions for real estate and investment in the Middle-, Far East and Europe.

On the hills overlooking Paphos, close to the 12th Century Monastery of St. Neophytos and a few minutes’ drive from Paphos Centre, Leptos Estates has created Kamares Village, one of the most exclusive villa developments in Cyprus, which is amongst the most distinctive in the Mediterranean.

Paphos is in the lead as the most popular district for overseas buyers from Europe and Non-Europeans by 39 percent in comparison to Limassol which follows with 30 percent, according to Leptos Estates.

Leptos Estates revealed that the first three projects of its Golden Mile Resort, Apollo Village, Apollo Beach Villas and Adonis Beach Villas were a great success and that it is one of the island’s “top selling developments” for this summer.
