Hailed as a great success, the competition was part of Ioannidia 2016, held in memory of Andreas Ioannides, the former vice president of Famagusta Nautical Club.

Staged in Limassol, Optimist Action was organised in a collaboration between Cyprus Sailing Federation and Famagusta Nautical Club.

Dedicated young athletes demonstrated remarkable performances while making a great effort for distinction.
