Construction Progress at Ayia Napa Marina

Construction has progressed steadily in August at Ayia Napa Marina, Cyprus, where piling works for various buildings have been completed or are near to completion, with the East Tower and essential buildings leading the way.

The reclamation is almost complete around the project, and the island reclamation is proceeding quickly, with 50 percent already complete.
Pre-cast concrete works are also nearing completion, with most units already being prepared for installation in the designated areas.

The South Breakwater’s construction is also proceeding steadily, with the outer section being at 75 percent complete. Tetrapods are still being placed, as well as inverted tables that will support the roadway.

The perimeter blockwall is at 66 percent completion, and the island’s blockwall is at a 51 percent way.

Born of a deep-rooted love for the island of Cyprus and spurred on by an evident gap in the region for an integrated modern luxury marina development, Ayia Napa Marina is the realisation of the dream and vision of the project’s partners Cypriot entrepreneur Gerasimos Caramondanis and Egyptian investor Naguib Sawiris.
