The project includes 190 apartments in two 100 m high towers, 29 luxury villas, an artificial island and diverse commercial and public recreational areas.

The first phase of the Marina began on September 2016 and is estimated that, with the completion of the two phases, the region will attract more tourists and will be the source for even further touristic developments.
