Aiming to further promote agrotourism while informing local authorities how to support the segment, Elpis Tourism and Hospitality Seminars organised two lectures at Community Council of Omodos on June 23.

Aiming to protect visitors against misleading information regarding billing prices across various accommodation and recreation centres in Cyprus, Cyprus Tourism Organisation’s (CTO) Quality Assurance Department has released a list of fixed prices. 

According to data provided by Central Bank of Cyprus’s Real Estate Unit, part of the Economic Research Department, Residential Property Price Index (RPPI) saw a quarterly rise of 0.3 percent during the fourth quarter of 2016, reflecting recovery in the real estate sector in Cyprus.
