In accord with the authority’s efforts to educate all front-line professionals in the tourism industry, Annita Demetriadou, deputy director general, Cyprus Tourism Organisation (CTO), held a meeting with the Association of Taxi
Owners and Drivers, where parties discussed ways to improve services offered to incoming visitors.
CTO is committed to provide an additional round of training sessions to the sector, while drivers agreed to implement all programmes as suggested by the organisation.
