Pafos Regional Board of Tourism is focussing on Baltic countries as a consistent source market and over the winter months in particular due to year-round air links with Paphos, the city’s hotel infrastructure, the competitive holiday packages on offer, and Paphos’ mild winter weather and enticing year-round activities.

Over 120 travel agents and tour operators took part in workshops and presentations, visiting Vilnius, Lithuania, on May 22, Riga, Latvia on May 23, and Tallinn, Estonia, on May 24, to showcase 13 Paphos hotels and the city as a destination.

The travel agents and tour operators taking part in the events reportedly demonstrated significant interest in promoting Paphos to their clients.
