Cyprus Spring Music Event Took Place in Munich

A series of musical events entitled Cyprus Spring saw audiences in Munich, Germany, enjoy works by Cypriot composers.
The April 22 – May 04 concerts included performances by Stavros Lantsias, composer and musician, Cyprus, and Duo Aura, made up of Agapi Triantafyllidi, pianist, Greece, and Nil Kocamangil, cellist, Turkey, on April 22. An exhibition by Marina Shacola, photographer from Cyprus followed.
 
On April 24, the Cyprus Spring itinerary included a solo performance by Alkinoos Ioannides, composer and musician, Cyprus.
 
On April 27, Lingua Franca Ensemble, musicians from Cyprus, Greece and Germany, who all graduated from Codarts University for the Arts in Rotterdam, Holland, performed their own compositions.
 
The closing event which took place on May 04, was entitled Let the Spirit Flower, featured an ethic-Jazz performance of works by Andreas Georgiou.
