The new structure is being built directly opposite at the avenue’s junction with Athalassas Avenue.
The ground level will be suitable for either a large shop or office space with mezzanine floor, while the rest of the building, accessible via a separate entrance with a reception area, provides five floors of contemporary office space.
Smaller companies may prefer the first two floors which can be divided into two.
All the floors have a kitchen, toilets and a veranda and can be compartmentalised into offices, conference rooms and reception areas.
The building has been fitted with raised floors allowing for cables to be laid, and ceilings fitted with a specialised air conditioning system.
