A large number of property buyers and investors were attracted by the company’s latest coastal line projects, such as; Adonis Beach Villas and Coral Seas Villas, Paphos; Limassol Del Mar; and Aphrodite Seafront, Crete.

Executives at Leptos Estates – Yiannis Iliakis, Marios Pashardis, Nicolas Goro and Andreas Santis – jointly stated that their overseas sales and marketing teams are making an immense effort to promote and highlight the Group's activities and projects internationally.

Leptos further added that the cosmopolitan islands of Cyprus, Crete, Paros and Santorini will continue to receive similar exposure during the months of April and May as sales missions are expected to be heading to Ukraine, South Africa, Qatar, Lebanon and Vietnam, where meetings will be held with high quality investors.
