Ryanair Boosts Paphos Services

Irish low-cost-carrier, Ryanair, is anticipated to double the number of its passengers flying to and from Paphos after increasing its routes.

This year, some 940,000 passengers are anticipated to use Ryanair to travel to and from Paphos, significantly contributing to a further increase in passenger traffic at the airport during both the summer and winter periods.

The airline recently revealed 12 new routes from Pafos International Airport for the Winter 2018-19 period, to; Amman, Jordan (twice weekly), Dublin, Ireland (once weekly), Bournemouth, the UK (twice weekly), Kaunas, Lithuania (once weekly), Bratislava, Slovakia (twice weekly), Krakow, Poland (twice weekly), Bucharest, Romania (twice weekly), Liverpool, the UK (twice weekly), Budapest, Hungary (twice weekly), Riga, Latvia (twice weekly), Chania, Greece (twice weekly), Tallinn, Estonia (twice weekly).

Nikolas Lardis, sales manager, Eastern Europe, Ryanair, commented, “I am delighted with the strengthening of Ryanair’s flight programme to and from Paphos. I believe our presence here will prove to be even more successful in the future.”

Ryanair is also reinforcing its presence in Cyprus by raising the number of its aircraft based in Paphos to three.
