Costas Kadis, minister of agriculture, rural development and environment, Republic of Cyprus, participated as a guest speaker at the conference on ‘Challenges and Prospects for a blue - green aquaculture’, held in Athens on April 15-16.

Larnaka Tourism Board (LTB) has won a trio of awards at this year’s Cyprus Tourism Awards with Gold, Silver and Bronze accolades, making it the third consecutive year of wins for LTB.

A beach clean-up at Karnagio beach took place on April 05, by the Limassol Marina team in collaboration with the Limassol Municipality and other volunteers who showed up in the area for this purpose.

A meeting was held on March 31 at the offices of the Larnaca Chamber of Commerce and Industry  between the president, Stavros Stavrou, and a delegation of the Chamber, with the Ambassador of Israel, Oren Anolik and the embassy's commercial and financial relations officer.

Following a decision of the council of ministers, the Cyprus Deputy Ministry of Tourism announced a ‘Granted Vacation Programme’, for the three-month period from May 01 until July 31.

The research conducted by Bounce, analysed Google searches for flights, hotels and vacations over the past 12 months reveals each country’s favourite city break destination.

A total number of 41,399 residents of Cyprus returned from a trip abroad in February of this year, compared to 8,918 in the corresponding month in 2021, recording an increase of 364,2 percent and a decrease of 65,9 percent compared to February 2020.
