Wizz Air, one of EMEA’s most environmentally sustainable airlines, is introducing new in-flight technologies across its entire fleet to support even more advanced flight operations and improve comfort for passengers. Innovations include smart flight path recommendations for pilots and advanced weather guidance systems which are now being used on all Wizz Air flights.
Based on the results of the Passengers Survey carried out by the Statistical Service, revenue from tourism for Cyprus reached E|UR373,3 million in May of this yar, recording an increase of 20,2 percent as compared to the corresponding month of 2024 (EUR310,5 million). For the period of January – May 2025, revenue from tourism is estimated at EUR955,8 million compared to EUR751,2 million in the corresponding period of 2024, recording an increase of 27,2 percent.
