Based on the results of the Passenger Survey carried out by the Statistical Service, revenue from tourism in Cyprus reached EUR97,8 million in March 2023 compared to EUR69,1 million in the corresponding month of the previous year, recording an increase of 41,5 percent.
Cyprus Airways recently announced its May passenger results during which it carried 66,998 passengers (48,929 scheduled passengers and another 18,069 passengers on ACMI and Charter Flights) - more than four times last year (May 2022: 14,735).
