The Paphos-Polis Chrysochous road has turned into a reality, which will not only benfit the Paphos District, but the whole of Cyprus, according to Yiannis Karousos, Minister of Transport, Communications and Works, Cyprus.

The contract for the construction of the Paphos - Polis highway was signed in late May, where another proclamation of the President of the Republic Nikos Anastasiadis is being implemented.

Based on the objectives of the Cyprus National Tourism Strategy 2020-2030, the Deputy Ministry of Tourism has announced an open tender for the purchase of services of specialised consultants / designers, with the aim of sustainable tourism development of the wider area of Polis Chrysochous and Tillyria and the establishment of a  tourist identification.

After years of efforts and many specialist studies, Cyprus Limni Resorts and GolfCourses announced that planning permission has been granted for the Limni Bay Resort project at Limni, Polis Chrysochous.

The Department of Antiquities, Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works, announced the completion of the 2018 archaeological mission at Makounta-Voules.
