Petit has been serving as a member of the Hermes Board since 2006. He is the deputy CEO of Bouygues Bâtiment International, and also president of Bouygues Construction Airport Concessions Europe. 

During the same meeting, Iacovos G. Iacovou, chairman, Iacovou Holdings, was appointed as the vice-chairman of the board.

In his statement, Petit expressed his sincere gratitude to the members of the board for their trust and has assured that he would continue to work towards the ongoing development of Larnaca and Paphos airports.

The board of directors acknowledged and thanked Panayiotis Hadjipantelis, CEO, Hellenic Mining Group, for his contribution to the airports in serving the position of the chairman of the board since 2015. 

Furthermore, Nicos K. Shacolas remains as the honorary life chairman of Hermes Airports’ board.
