The CEO of TripAdvisor, Kanika Soni, in congratulating the winners stated she was impressed by how some tourism companies were able to meet the challenges by implementing new clean-up measures, adopting social distancing guidelines, and using technology to ensure visitor safety during a particularly difficult year.
